Application Guidelines
- Experience:
Only experience acquired post-qualification will be considered.
- Application
Process: Applications are to be submitted online via the HEC website
at https://careers.hec.gov.pk. Physical copies of CVs or documents are not
required.
- Test/Interviews:
Candidates residing outside Islamabad/Rawalpindi will have their
interviews conducted via Audio/Video conferencing at the nearest possible
locations: Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar.
- Application
Processing Fee: An online deposit of Rs. 600/- is required in the
HEC-maintained account (A/C No. 17427900133401 in Habib Bank Ltd.). Proof
of receipt must be uploaded on the HEC website.
- Government
Servants: Those currently in government service should apply through
the proper channels.
- Age
Relaxation: A general age relaxation of five years is included.
Additional age relaxation will be granted as per Government rules.
- Types
of Experience Not Counted: Part-time, honorary, apprentice, and intern
experiences (as part of the study) will not be considered.
- Posting:
Successful candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
- HEC’s
Right: HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications
without assigning any reason and to adjust the number of vacancies.
- Deadline:
The final date for online application submission is March 5, 2024.
Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
